In 2007 Jones Packaging completed the purchase of Ivers-Lee, creating a new division of packaging expertise within an extensive catalog of products and services. The acquisition reflects the intrinsic value of the two companies and the synergies and efficiencies among them.

Jones recognized the opportunity to improve its value-chain offerings by aligning with Ivers-Lee's capabilities. Jones and Ivers-Lee share a dedication for meeting the unique, rigorous and precise demands of their clients’ packaging needs. Together, Jones and Ivers-Lee will continue to deliver cost-effective, innovative and high quality performance packaging.

Jones Box & Label was formally incorporated as a company in 1920 and the next generation of the Jones family had the foresight to secure a partnership with the emerging and rapidly developing pharmaceutical industry. In 1988, Jones acquired a folding carton operation in Guelph, Ontario to support the substantial growth of its consumer-based and pharmaceutical business.

The name of the company changed to Jones Packaging in 1996 to more accurately reflect the broad spectrum of products manufactured. A state-of-the-art packaging facility was built in 1999 at the London, Ontario headquarters of operations for Jones Packaging.
